What This Work Does Well
- The podcast does exactly what it says: it hands the microphone to donor-conceived people and gets out of the way. Conversations run long because they’re allowed to; this is not a tightly formatted interview show. The emotional terrain of searching, processing, and reckoning is the show’s natural home.
What Bothers Us
- While the podcast acknowledges diversity in the donor conceived experience, early episodes are heavily weighted toward late-discovery adults. Guest diversity does grow as the show matures.
